Scott is the man! He has a great process for finding the right setup, from head to flex to weight.
I went for a fitting. All this lady did was change the shafts and heads. Nothing past what any other golf store does for you at a free simulator. After I was "fitted", I was given a price of 1500$. I had done some research and that seemed high, so I didn't buy them on the spot. Mind you, it cost 95$ for the "fitting", and they don't waive that fee if you buy through them (most do). I took my specs to puetz, pro golf discount, and online to make sure I was getting the right price and both places quoted me 1200$. I called back to confront them and they gave me the run around blaming their pricing system for the error. Buyer beware and do your research before just pulling the trigger.
Decent instruction and tech, and they were able to upsell me. However, after taking my money they declined to actually offer the lessons and club fitting I paid for. They claimed the offer had expired. There was never any mention of expiration when I signed the paper work, nor any effort to accommodate an injury which caused the delay. Gofltec still owes me $500. I've emailed the manager a number of times. He promises to get back to me with a solution and then goes quiet. So far, I've paid ~$600 and been for one lesson... and apparently Golftec is OK with this. I'm still looking into how to get my money back, but wanted to warn others to read the fine print or just steer clear. I understand things might expire, but it's rare to see this kind of blatant bait and switch.
