Topgolf® Swing Suite at 3rd St. Market Hall

If you actually golf, do NOT come here. This is the worst maintained simulator I have ever been in. The bags are a complete mess, not one has a full set. Almost all of the clubs are either lefty, children’s clubs, have cracked faces, are dented, or have ripped grips. There are wires running in between the hitting mat and the screen so putting is literally impossible. Also, the hitting mat was not flat at all, which was the least of my worries given the lack of clubs… There are only two bays, so I can confidently say that both of them are like this. I had to share clubs with the guy next in the bay next to me. In totally we had 6 “functioning” right handed clubs.

Went on a Saturday afternoon for a girls day. Are group asked for help numerous of times. I wish I would have read previous reviews about lack of service. Corporate might need the call, seeing most complaints were about simulators not working and no service. We felt the same way. Obviously, they don't mind refunding money, however we came to patronize the Milwaukee....? , the Old Grand!🤷🏾‍♀️Now, when you have to close due not making money...please do not say it's because people here didn't patronize the business or people only came to ask for a refund. No, fix your equipment and listen to your customers and find a way for them to get food/drinks and not have to leave the bay to go get it. Also, do not jack up the price to pay for repairs when you all aren't doing your part. This is not the people's fault. If the business closes it is because, you do not care about your customers experience. Money down the drain.

Clean space. Fun games and kids enjoyed their time. Would NOT recommend booking on a Saturday morning as the only staff person is not in the top golf suite but working the main entrance to the food hall. The top golf suite bar was not open and when they did arrive maybe around 1pm they never came over to the guests for service. We were told to leave the suite area and order food and drinks from the food hall vendors - which would have meant we would be walking around and waiting in long lines for food and not playing games for our paid time. Why charge full price if no food and drinks or staff are available? We also had 15 mins remaining on our time and the staff member came to us and started cleaning up our area telling us the next party was here and that we needed to go. There was no discussion about reimbursement of our paid time. This place could be fun but little things make it not worth it. I won't return.
