Very disappointed, I am a greatlife member this is my second year as a member and so far I can say the service has not gotten any better. Today 6/12/2021 I reserved my tee time a week in advance and when I showed up at 8 for my 824 tee time the check in guy said they had no record of me booking, I asked him to check 6/13/2021 because I book both of my tee times a week in advance. He said I could go out at 830 with a 3 some, I opted to just play 9 on the back side. This has happened more than once I do not think membership has any benefit. (Update) 6/27/2021, they must of had problem with the computer system, showed up Sunday for my tee time and it was a whole new experience, they even moved me up in the tee times to play with a fellow member I have played with several times. Membership personnel helped me with my account and we are all good now, Thanks for the great service.
Had a great time with the kids at the Ranches Golf club. Great deal and very helpful staff.
