My experience with trugolf has been fantastic up to this point! Huge shoutout to Isaac from trugolf tech for spending so much time helping me resolve a problem with downloading the apex software. He discovered that the new computer was the problem because of a corrupted Windows installation from the manufacturer. Isaac was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, and he has a great work ethic, truly dedicated to fixing the issue! He made the whole situation feel comfortable and reassuring! Both trugolf and the computer manufacturer are currently working on a solution. Thank you, Isaac!
The equipment and software are great. This review is for the excellent customer service I received from Isaac. There was nothing wrong with the software or system, I just needed some extra help and Isaac was quick, responsive, and knowledgeable.
