I had a great experience with Nick Chandler getting new woods, irons and wedges. Nick is great at explaining the nuanced differences between the shaft and head combinations. His ability to identify subtle patterns in the data was extremely helpful, as well. He put me in new clubs that really have transformed my game. I would definitely go back to Nick and I'm even setting up an appointment with him to get my wife new clubs.

I booked a Full Bag Fitting Special, which was supposed to be about 3.5 hours. My fitter was Brady Holloway. At first, things started out great — he was helpful and really tried to find the right irons and wedges for me. That part of the fitting was friendly and professional. After more than an hour, I was getting tired, so he showed me the prices. I expected them to be high, but they were more than 3x what I had seen on the website. I said I’d think about it and asked if we could continue the rest of the full bag fitting since that’s what I booked. From that point, the service completely changed. He became unhelpful, said he didn’t know answers to my questions, and wouldn’t even let me try certain clubs when I asked. It honestly felt uncomfortable, like they didn’t want to waste any more time on me since I wasn’t ready to buy on the spot. As time went on and my shots started to lose consistency, Brady recommended scheduling another session to refit my driver, woods, and hybrids. He explained that while my current clubs are performing well, he also showed me comparable options to consider before wrapping up the fitting. Overall, he was a huge help, and I’m very grateful for his support.

I had my very first fitting, and from the registration process, the form they send you, and the guidance before your appointment, everything helps you know what to expect from the session. During the fitting, Brady was with me the whole time, with great patience and knowledge, helping me choose the best options for my playing style. It’s a very comfortable place, with a lot of technology and everything you need to make sure you get the best fit for your game. Now I just have to wait for my clubs and enjoy them for a lifetime!
