GOLFZON Social - Scarsdale

We had a fantastic experience. We had a group of 20 and our experience couldn’t have been any better. Our group played a team scramble with on course contests. The technology on the sims is so cool, especially when the hitting area moves based on your ball position. Ryan, Connor and the rest of the team did a tremendous job. Food, service, beverage selection was top notch and A+++. The sims were excellent and very realistic. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

A great experience this morning at Golfzon Social. My expectations were exceeded on every level. The place was much bigger and more spacious than I anticipated. Great soundproofing made for a comfortable environment. They brought water and glasses over right at the get-go when we started playing. Love the multisurface simulator along with the articulating platform. First time I’ve played on these. I didn’t have a chance to use the bar or the food service but the entire restaurant portion looked like it could stand alone as a great sports bar. I would definitely recommend a visit for anybody that’s thinking about trying it.

I rarely will want to put a bad review for a venue and I'm sure most times it goes very well but I just try to play a half hour really just to hit the ball on the driving range feature which kept changing to a regular course which was annoying. The ball feeder constantly didn't work even when I would feed the balls into the hopper. I had to keep hitting the round button of some sort to have it working again. The tech guy came over at least five times and still didn't have things working correctly. I probably hit only half the time I paid for and by the time my time what's up I had enough and was leaving regardless. I can't blame one of the people working there that I explained that this was not a good experience and of course they apologize but that's not going to work. I was going to talk to the magic guy I was leaving and as I was doing it he was ended up helping somebody else and that's when I had enough and just left to write this review. I don't doubt people can have have a great experience there but I certainly did not. I don't see going back which is to bad cuz it's a nice place with some nice features. Some people know how to handle customer service issues and some never see the customer again, like me.
