24 Golf Eagan

I have been a member at the Eagan location for a little less than a month. Based on my experience the two times I have gone I will be renewing my membership through early Spring at least, and will probably keep it year round. The golf pro, Mac, is very knowledgeable, approachable, and seems to have a good relationship with all the members. The facility has everything you can ask for including training aids (I plan to use the live view golf camera), and the simulators are state of the art. I would strongly recommend 24golf for anyone looking to shave a couple strokes off their handicap, or just maintain their swing during the off season.

I will start by saying that these guys used to be great and their vision was great. After being a member for that last 2+ years they have let their members fall by the wayside. I purchased a chunk of hours for 1200$, not a small sum, and then have been booted of my account multiple times including once for 2 weeks without anyone fixing it for me! During those 2 weeks I reached out to both owners multiple times with no response. After finally hearing from them I let them know that I would like a refund as the service I was receiving was well below par for the money I had spent. Pete, one of the owners, said that was understandable and agreed to refund me for my remaining hours. This was beginning of August. It is now almost September and I have not received anything. They also have ignored all my attempts to understand what is going on! No return discord messages or calls. The idea of cheap sim golf whenever you like is appealing but if something goes wrong with these guys they will blow you off. Better spend your money somewhere else where you will be appreciated for being a member!

My son started getting into golf in November and wanted to play for his birthday in January. The simulators at 24 Golf had fun games to improve his game. He liked the putting green and the different games and courses on the simulator. Peter was super helpful in getting us setup and playing.
