100% would recommend working with Marty. He is very upfront about what to expect from the sessions, is willing to adjust based on your preference of difficulty and can accommodate busy schedules. As for the results, I felt more well-rounded within 2 weeks and 6 full months later of taking the strength training program, I can't imagine going without it.

As an amateur cyclist who spends too much time sitting on an office chair, I’ve struggled to incorporate strength training in my routine. In just 20 minutes, I get a full body workout that is both fun (although not easy) and really efficient. The Catalyst coaching program was the best investment I could have made in my golf game. I came to Marty as a complete beginner. He has a clear understanding of how your physicality and any flexibility/rotation issues will show up in your swing, and he was able to help me build a swing around those. He also worked on every aspect of my golf game to help me become a well rounded golfer. A major highlight of my lessons was Marty’s use of a TrackMan and his ability to immediately identify the root cause of swing issues/ability. He helped me to better understand and visualize the swing adjustments needed, and the footage pre- and post-adjustment made it clear how a small change in swing feeling can have a significant effect on my shot. He used these insights to provide incredibly effective drills, and more importantly, he tried several different approaches when I struggled to grasp a certain drill.
