Update: After talking with GolfTec, the manager extended the timeline on my lessons, allowing me to use the full 5 pack after expiration. He explained that they try to do a clear explanation at the point of sale regarding the time limited nature of lessons, and that there must have been a miscommunication. Credit to the business here for making things right, and I do want to emphasize that the coaching has been very helpful to improve my swing. Here is the original review for anyone wondering: "Good coaching, but deceptive commercial policies. I was sold a 5 pack of lessons ($500), and was never told that they expire after 3 months. Only that "it is cheaper to do lessons this way." So, after only using two, I paid $250 each for two 30 minute lessons. Pretty bad business policy if you ask me."

Eric Urbina is a fantastic coach. His listening and comprehension skills contribute to this as he remembers specific nuances from previous lessons and really tailors your experience to fit your needs as a player. He picks up on the subtleties of commentary during the lesson and plays into that to help ascribe a “feel” to a drill. He also adapts quickly to your leaning style after a few lessons. Not only is Eric a good instructor from a communication perspective, he also had extensive knowledge of the game and invites a practical approach which I appreciate. Overall, he goes above and beyond. Golf is a commitment and this is a team effort with your coach. Remember it is as much your job as a student to practice as it is for your instructor to provide feedback and coaching. Golf Tec won’t “fix” your swing without your diligent, disciplined efforts to accept setbacks along the way and trust the process. The quality of instruction is unmatched in my opinion, after having received instruction from ~7 pros over my golf career.

I signed up for 25 lessons. Jesse as my instructor has been patient and helpful. Drew has been helpful. HOWEVER, their equipment to measure and record your swing is very problematic. I have had a hard time with the equipment to get it to work consistently on the practice sessions and I know others have to. Check out other similar places before you make a decision.
